At eos studio arc, we are architects, engineers, and designers that strive to provide exceptional service, meeting our clients’ needs with affordable and innovative design solutions. We are able to provide this service by maintaining a staff of design professionals with experience in construction detailing, code analysis, building preservation, research and design for both residential and commercial projects. Our team collaborates with clients and other design professionals, developers, and contractors throughout the process, ensuring a thorough understanding of the needs and objectives set forth. We then rely on our prior experience to assist clients in making the most appropriate decisions to fulfill their spatial and budgetary needs. Our portfolio includes new and renovated single family residences, renovation of commercial spaces, new commercial buildings, and adaptive reuse of various historic structures.
We believe in the value of strong community relationships. To that end, we maintain a business location in the Borough of Swissvale where we can be a resource for the community and act as a catalyst for renewal of the business district. We understand the challenges of functioning in an under-served community and can advise other business owners, non-profits, and municipalities of the obstacles they will face as they take on similar projects. We maintain strong relationships with municipal officials, neighboring business owners, and community groups, allowing us to have a role in strengthening and improving our neighborhoods.
Additionally, we are a practice committed to ensuring our projects stand the test of time. We believe in design that fulfills the needs of the client while also meeting or exceeding building industry standards and regulations. We maintain active membership in organizations such as The Association for Preservation Technology (APT), Commonwealth BuildingOfficials (CBO), and Pennsylvania Building Officials Conference (PENNBOC) in order to continue expanding our knowledge of building science and codes and standards.
