Our Story

 

Lisa began this firm with the idea that there was a better way to work collaboratively with our clients to successfully meet their needs within their budget. Many of them come to us with design ideas but need the expertise to construct spaces that are safe and meet applicable codes and regulations.

 

Some of our clients contact us with just the belief that they need to make a change or that their space can be better, but they don't know how to start. eos studio arc enjoys the challenge of working through this process with our clients and we offer useful insight that results in an exceptional project in the end.

 

Working throughout Pittsburgh has given us the opportunity to experience the diversity of our many neighborhoods and surrounding communities. These neighborhoods trace the history of people that came to this area with cultural beliefs and traditions and then adapted them to the new conditions and resources available in each locale. The result is minor architectural differences that give this city a great deal of character and nuance. Discovering new unique features that we haven't seen before makes working in Pittsburgh fun.

 

eos studio arc opened in Swissvale in 2010 and moved to our current location in April of 2016. We love the walkability, transit access, and neighborhood character. We have also found a steadfast and friendly community that encouraged us to remain here. In addition to supporting community events such as the Farmer's Market and Community Days, Lisa has become involved in the local Rotary International Club, accepted a seat on the Planning Committee, and is involved with the Swissvale Economic Development Corporation.
